Charlotte, this is just so beautiful. Nothing like a doggie walk in the forest. We take Rex for forest and beach walks all the time, he loves it. No deer in our parts, though there are a lot in the highlands. Lots of pademelons, which are like small kangaroos. Definitely need to keep Rex on the leash at that point so he doesn't run off chasing them.
