I think the complex dynamics in the classroom make it fairly clear that any one person’s ability to solve the problems of the world are fairly limited. Yet, despite your embarrassment at your own actions there is a certain beauty in how you’ve derived such a life long lesson from it.

I can think of similar examples myself, and I can only hope they’ve nudged me a little closer to humility.
