I used to run a restaurant in the heart of Melbourne which became increasingly difficult under the weight of gentrification and corporatisation. Some of the "genteel" who moved into the apartment block out the back for their slice of bohemian living tried to have us shut down for all the noise we were making... washing the cutlery.
