I wasn't sure how to approach this one, so I put on side two of Inna Gada Da Vida, the one with the interminable drum solo, as I thought this might give me some direction. When I got to this sentence, I knew I was correct. This is in fact an epic reinterpretation of the crossing of the Red Sea and Carson is a code word for Charlton Heston.

The oil slick is a metaphor for the Red Sea and Mo is a common nickname for people called Moses.

Inna Gada Da Vida is still going, we're up to the bass solo. 1-2-3-4. The Guitars are going crazy. This is the Inna Gadda Da Vida of Medium, which of course is just a garbled version of In the Garden of Eden. I rest my case.
