My perspective now is that I always stick at it. I find it most obvious in music writing. There is no objective truth, only your take. There is no greatest album of all times, there's just your favourite album.

I think insight often comes more from repetition than it does from lightening bolts.

I think originality is over mythologised in our culture, mostly for commercial reasons. Too often a patent is awarded to someone, giving them ownership over an idea many others have had.
