OK, Alan, maybe you can help me with this one. I'm sure there has been some discussion about the internet being broken.
There's a Vonnegut quote somewhere where he says the whole "generations" thing is nonsense, we're all the same generation, just different ages. Something like that. I've Googled the hell out of it and all I get is pages and pages of this:
“Dear future generations: Please accept our apologies. We were rolling drunk on petroleum.”
Off topic, but not bad.
The whole generations thing is just a cheap way of claiming the victories and disinheriting the blame.
You've probably done more for the environment than some Gen Z who would claim it as their "victory". (not that there has been any real victory)
Except for Gen X of course, what a bunch of slackers. Oh, that's me. Nevermind.
