Where the conventional sense is concentrating all the profits in the hands of the already rich and powerful. Solar was going great guns in Australia until the rich and powerful saw their centralisation slipping away.

While I'm all for growing more trees and cutting down less, for a lot of reasons, I agree "carbon-neutral" has become some sort of flagship concept that elites embrace, not in spirit, but a some sort of accounting trick so they can go "It wasn't me!"
