Sometimes it’s better to serve the tasting plate rather than a full meal, satisfying in a different kind of way. I like the behind the scenes vibe, too.

The 30 word thing, yes, sounds good. I often come back to a promising six or seven words and I’ve forgotten where I was headed with it.
