This is bad enough as it is, yet there are so many other dodgy things going on. Note the guy is “suit and tie” and all the women are wearing scrubs. The facial expressions are also different, suit and tie dude looking self satisfied while the women look more tired the further down you get.

It hit a similar problem recently trying get three scientists for a collaboration article. Even when I got specific, ie. two female scientists and one male it still didn’t want to cooperate. Took a while.
